‘A place where stars rest’ is a beautiful picture book made with the texture and color of paper. It is brimming with playfulness and dreams that express a unique world view.
Upon the request from Grenoble, a city at the very foot of the alps in France, this book was published simultaneously in Japan and France. It was produced as a gift from the city in celebration of all the babies born in that year (2004). This picture book depicts innocent and pure babies in the snowy Grenoble landscape; the city where the Winter Games were once held.
