Charge for delivery

  • For an international delivery (outside Japan), a charge for delivery will be calculated depending on its weight. Please check “Calculate Shipping” on the cart page.
  • Free delivery for total payment of 10,800JPY or more (including tax) in total. *inside Japan
  • 378JPY across the board for total payment of 5,400JPY or more (including tax) in total. *inside Japan
  • 648JPY across the board for total payment of less than 5,400JPY (including tax) in total. *inside Japan

*Total payment is the amount excluding a charge for delivery and a commission charge.
*A delivery to Okinawa Prefecture will be charged extra. Please check the price list for more information.

Required payment in addition to a payment for goods

  • Charge for delivery.
  • Sales tax (applicable only in Japan domestically)
  • Charge for bank transfer.
  • Charge for payment on delivery: 324JPY(incl. tax) across the board.
  • For an International delivery (outside Japan): Customs duties and other taxes. *Please pay those costs directly to the delivery agents or the customs office.

Date of delivery

Goods in stock will be sent off as needed. (We will not handle any operation including shipping operations on holidays.)

  • Goods in stock will be sent off on the day of order or next working day.
    • In case of a payment with a credit card (Stripe/PayPal), goods will be sent off within 7 days after confirmation of the process.
    • In case of a bank transfer (prepayment), goods will be sent off within 7 days after confirmation of the payment.
    • In case of a payment on delivery, goods will be sent off within 7 days after confirmation of the order.
  • In case of stock out, we will inform a customer of a delivery date after confirming the ordered goods with manufactures.

Charge for return and exchange of good

  • In case of delivery of wrong goods by our shop, defective goods, breakage during delivery or other troubles, our shop will absorb costs.
  • Return of goods will not be accepted. * Wrong order, difference from an image, no need of goods and etc.
  • In case of Mail-Transportation, neither breakage nor loss will be compensated. Even neither breakage nor loss during delivery will be compensated (including refund of the payment, exchange of goods).
  • If there is any damage with the item transfer-shipped, please contact the overseas transfer agency. We cannot compensate for it.
  • For a customer who requests an international delivery(outside Japan), please make an order after checking what products are prohibited or restricted to import to a destination country. When the delivery of goods is not completed due to restrictions of a destination country, any refund of the payment will not be accepted.

1-2-1 : Disclaimer

  1. In case a customer uses this website, we assume that he or she has agreed with any precaution statement and item described in every page.
  2. Even in case any issue against customer’s interest occurs due to utilization of this shop or purchased goods, this shop will not accept any liability at all.
  3. A delivery in the shortest period is planned, but there are cases where this shop cannot meet customer’s requirements due to matters related to this shop, manufactures and transportation companies. Even in case any issue against customer’s interest occurs because of those matters, this shop will not accept any liability at all.
    Besides, we will not accept any return or exchange of goods on the ground of a delayed delivery. We make efforts to meet a requested delivery date, but the date is not promised.
  4. There are cases where colors or textures of goods look different from actual goods, being affected by a type of PC or a setting of a monitor and other issues. In addition, appearances of goods vary because finish of goods or quality standards differs by manufacturing maker. Goods which are introduced in photos of product pages will not be completely same as the actual ones which are to be delivered. All delivered goods have cleared quality standards of manufactures and our company inspects them before shipment.
  5. Only goods inspected by both manufactures and our shop are delivered. When a customer have no problem in using products, we will not accept any return on the ground of customer’s matters (wrong order, difference from an image, no need of goods and etc.). Besides, we also will not accept any exchange or return on the basis of customer’s subjective judgment (goods in a bad condition, a judge of an appearance and etc.). All goods are delivered based on manufactures’ standards.
  6. In case our shop alters specifications of products for improvement or other purposes without any notification, there are cases where sales prices are changed without notification due to fluctuation of prices of raw materials or exchange rates. Please check prices as needed.
  7. There are cases where ordered goods can’t be delivered due to sellout or production stoppage.
  8. In using a Mail-Transportation, even breakage or loss will not be compensated (return and exchange of goods or refund).
  9. If there is any damage with the item transfer-shipped, please contact the overseas transfer agency. We cannot compensate for it.

1-2-2 : Protection of personal information

  1. Our shop will never use customers’ personal information registered (name, address, phone number, e-mail address and etc.) except for delivery operations or administrative operations.
  2. Our shop is not informed of any personal information registered during payments with credit cards.
  3. Our shop will never disclose personal information to third parties without approvals by a customer. In cases applicable to the following examples, however, the policy will not be the same.
    • In case there is a request from public associations such as a court, police and others according to law.
    • In case there are special provisions.
    • In case there are possibility of harming lives, health, assets or others of customers or third parties and agreement from the first-person’s can’t be obtained.
    • In case our shop needs to protect or secure rights, assets or services of our shop from actions contrary to law or our shop’s term of service and precaution statement without the first-person’s agreement.
  4. In case our shop is requested to disclose personal information which our shop possesses from a customer, we will disclose it after confirming that the request is made by the identical person.
