The SUS304 weight on the left has a diameter of 90mm (weight 580g), while the one on the right has a diameter of 155mm (weight 2400g). Suitable as weights for quick pickling or cooking. If you find it to be too light, please try stacking multiple weights on top of each other. Each weight is only 12mm thick, so you won't find that they occupy too much space. -
Try holding the D155 SUS304 Weight (diameter 155mm, weight 2400g) in your hand.
This is the perfect size for making a quick pickle in a medium sized pot or earthenware container. If pickling something that requires a lot of weight, such as eggplant, try using several weights stacked together. Each disc is 16mm thick, so they will happily only occupy about half the volume of ceramic weights. -
They are simply packaged in wax paper.
