Close the hole on the top of the dropper to such soy sauce and raise it.
You can adjust the amount of soy sauce by putting/removing your finger on/from the hole when you dispense it.

Other than soy sauce, you can use it for vinegar and chili oil.
Important points
- Pour an appropriate amount of soy sauce into the bowl. Take care not to pour too much to prevent outflow.
- 製造工程上、製品に気泡が入っている場合や表面に擦れ跡がある場合もあります。

ガラスは湿気に反応すると中の成分（ソーダ＝炭酸ナトリウム）が表面に浮き出てきます。浮き出たソーダが水垢や毛綿がついたような模様に付着しますが、布巾等で拭き取れます。ただ、ガラス表面の目に見えない凹凸や細かなシワに溜まったソーダ層は、拭くだけでは取りきれません。その場合は水で薄めた酢液に10分程度つけ置きし、その後洗剤で洗えばソーダ層はなくなります。
お届けする品は、上記のように洗って出荷しているわけではありませんので、商品の中には浮き出たソーダが水垢や毛綿がついたような模様に付着した品もありますのでご了承ください。
