    There are 4 sizes.
    A good rule of thumb is that the 2-gou (about 360ml) size can cook up to 2.5-gou, while the 5-gou size (about 900ml) will cook 4.5-gou well.
  • Doppo, HAGAMA Rice cooker 1-gou and 2-gou

    The lower shape is different only for "1-gou".
    The size of the wooden lid of 1-gou and 2-gou is the same.

  • A thick shape with a slightly accentuated edge making it difficult for cooking to boil over.

  • Above shot without the lid. The inside of the hagama is green.

  • Depending on the product, tone and expression of the glaze may differ.
